OSS Metals Founded
Founded in 2013 by industry veterans who saw a major gap in how oilfield tools and critical steel components were supplied to the energy sector. Bringing together some of the leading technical and commercial minds in the industry, the team set out to build a specialized provider of drilling, cementing, and completion tools—along with the accessories and machined grade steels that keep operations running. From day one, OSS Metals has focused on high-spec oil tools, precision-machined steels, and hard-to-find accessories, delivering the speed, reliability, and service that modern oil and gas operators, contractors, and service companies demand.
Strategic Expansion
Expanded operations to serve broader markets across North America, including oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, energy, aerospace, DFARS-registered defense suppliers, and industrial sectors. This expansion reflected OSS Metals' commitment to becoming a comprehensive materials provider for mission-critical applications across diverse industries.
Edmonton Expansion
Expanded into Edmonton, Alberta to better serve Western Canada's oil and gas, industrial, and energy sectors. This strategic move strengthened our product portfolio, deepened our technical service offering, and enhanced the value we deliver to demanding oil and gas, industrial, and engineered applications across the Canadian market.

Chief Executive Officer
Martin founded OSS Metals in March 2020, bringing over 25 years of leadership in the steel and OCTG industry. His career includes serving as CEO of TMK Completions, Director of Marketing Intelligence at TMK IPSCO, OCTG General Manager Americas at MC Tubular Products, and General Manager Russia at Tenaris. His deep industry relationships and market insight drive the company's strategic vision.
Jameson leads OSS Metals' commercial strategy, bringing extensive experience from Tenaris where he served as Sales Director for Mechanical Oil & Gas Tools. Prior to that, he held key operations roles at National Oilwell Varco (NOV), including Area Operations Manager over the Midcon and Eagle Ford regions for Site Services, as well as Engineering Manager for Drilling Fluids. He oversees the sales team, key account relationships, and market development across all product lines.
Gilbert manages OSS Metals' supply chain operations, vendor relationships, and logistics. His career includes 20+ years of supply chain and sourcing roles at leading metals distributors, giving him a deep network and expertise in global metals procurement and material traceability.
Armando brings deep financial and strategic experience to OSS Metals. He previously served as Controller for TMK USA and Artrom, where he gained extensive exposure to complex, global steel and energy operations. With a strong background in M&A, capital structuring, and financial controls, he plays a critical role in driving equity expansion and supporting the company's long-term growth strategy.
B Chamberlin oversees accounting, human resources, office administration, and internal operations at OSS Metals. She manages financial records, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations that support the team's ability to serve customers.
Shannon brings over 15 years of experience in operations management to her role at OSS Metals. As Operations Manager, she leads order processing, inventory coordination, fulfillment operations, and supply chain execution, ensuring the company delivers on its commitment to 24-hour quote turnaround and reliable order execution.
Jeremy leads OSS Metals' Canadian operations from Edmonton, AB. With 18+ years in the metals distribution industry, he brings deep knowledge of the Western Canadian energy market and strong relationships with operators and fabricators in Alberta and British Columbia.
Michael oversees all warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination. His meticulous attention to detail and operational expertise ensure OSS Metals maintains optimal stock levels, efficient order fulfillment, and the highest standards of material care and traceability.
